Commission Splits
Partners Realty Group strives to have an agent centric compensation plan with a large upside potential and minimal agent loss on the downside. We don’t want the Salesperson to be weighed down with the worry of an office bill and at the same time want to encourage their production by rewarding great work.
Our Salespeople are confident, self-motivated, tenured, and entrepreneurial. Our compensation plans are tailored to the individual Salesperson. We want to “partner” with the Salesperson to to help them do the most business and perform the best customer service.
Our producing agent plan is a 90% to the agent (equivalent 95%, NO FRANCHISE FEE off the top) and NO MONTHLY FEE.
We negotiate based on your experience and past production. We believe in a true and aggressive commission split. A 90/10 split is actually 90% to the Salesperson no hidden administrative or franchise fees. As you make more money; you take more of it home.

Low Commission, Low or No Monthly Fee
Salespeople who participate in this business model often suffer from a lack of motivation and a level of frustration that affects personal life. The concept is simple: your commission pays the salaries of the company workers at the broker’s office.
